As an alternative to CDs and DVD, have you considered doing a hard disk install? You just put copies of the ISOs (as .iso files) on a hard disk and install from there. It's faster and more reliable than using CDs. The only catch is the partition that holds the ISOs must be ext2, ext3, or VFAT, IIRC.
